Before going to Dubai, plan everything in detail. First of all, according to your budget, travel to Dubai during July to August because it is a low season and flight and hotel rates are much cheaper. But the problem is Dubai is the hottest in this season. During November to April, the season is better than the rest of the year but the rates touch the sky so choose accordingly. 

Find a hotel online. If a hotel falls into the budget, book it with your credit card. If you still feel unsatisfied, directly call the hotel (you’ll get the hotel number from its website) and ask for the rates per night, for special discounts and yes, don’t forget to bargain especially when low season is on because during that time, most of the hotels are empty and the management is eager to fill them.

When your booking will be finalized, you’ll receive a mail of confirmation from the hotel. Still, call the hotel to confirm your booking. Don’t leave for Dubai without confirmation of booking or else it will cost you dearly.
